The Promise of Time

The Promise of Time is meant to be an experience.  I want for the viewer to stand still and watch this transformation as the clay skin slowly peels away to reveal the essence of this objects interior form.  In all, the movement of this installation concludes in about three hours.  Ultimately, the intention for this work is to express the passage of time and that nothing is permanent.
